WHY CORRUPTION ?????

Why CORRUPTION ???

People fall into the trap of corruption because they
-commit mistakes
-make lapses
-fail to meet the required deadlines

All this due to lack of proper communications of systems and procedures which in themselves are not customer friendly.
The timelines/locations are not up-to customer’s convenience - 24hours online services are an answer to this kind of problems.
The people should be bold and courageous enough to come forward and face the penalties - not to go in for short cuts/escape route. In-fact such escape routes should be made difficult (by good policing/monitoring/plugging the gaps) & unviable (high risk and low margins).

Community Culture to be developed in way that it encourages FIGHTERS than the FIXERS. The growing and the expanding Companies who hires FIXERS to cut through the RED TAPE ETC should HIRE FIGHTERS who anticipate these bottle necks and then plan /strategies’ within the legal rights. The companies should anticipate and build in the cost/time due to the FIGHT OUTS rather than going in for THE PAYOUTS. The real winners should be the achievers who gets the results by fighting out, rather than the achievers who gets the results by paying out instead of fixing-up.

Could be the Psychology of Being Beyond The Rules. If we promote the right and questioning attitude (RTI IS A STEP FORWARD) we may be able to check corruption. If one is wrong in his action from there only the weakness starts and one tends to bend backwards. It is here that the corruption starts. The guy at the other end will milk you if he knows that you are vulnerable.

A momentum needs to be built “involving the Hearts & Minds” of the people, where people take pride in achieving without Paying up.

Next step is to MAKE THE LAW WORK. The systems and procedures should be redesigned in a way so as to make the role of any kind of middleman unattractive/un-remunerative. This is possible by bringing about effective e-governance, more n more online facilities. Proper Communication/awareness of the system, procedures, rules regulations will also help in avoiding the middlemen. Further the Rates and Taxes should be practical and convenient to apply so that the public is not discouraged but encouraged to PAY-UP.

Building Strong and Binding Relationships....

How are good and long binding relationships built?
They are built when one does something out of the way/non-routine. Routine everybody is expected to do. One gets noticed by doing something non-routine.
Appreciations in the work situations happen only when you do something out of the way. Routine is easily forgotten. One is remembered for doing something unexpected and the deeds which bails out the other from difficult situation.
Juniors shall be loyal if you really care for them- help them develop their skills, standard of living. Help them with their problems otherwise you are another boss ‘joe apna matlub aur kaam nikal kae chalta banega. Then why should I pilofy for him.

Keep a track

Register your impulses- try digging deeper into impules which flash n pass. Why it came. How this flash can be used. Make two & two – five. Flashes when routed properly can result in enormous benefits or opportunities.

Short Breaks -

Daily routine makes the life very monotonous & frustrating. So one has to be alert and alive to the chances or the opportunities which are likely to provide one a refreshing break - a short stroll with the spouse, quick trip to adjoining eating joint, visit to the nearby friend etc. These quick breaks act as rechargers helping one to carry on with the routine without any burn outs.

Dress in the colours like nature does

Nature is the best source of inspiration or guide to choose what colour combinations one should use while deciding to dress up, finalise presentations, advertisements, prints etc. or whenever one is required to make a choice in colours. If you see the tree trunks they are greyish-greens, brownish blacks or blackish-greys , they set the colours of the trousers. Next imagine the colours of the tree tops. That gives idea about the colour of the shirt one is to wear. Similarly combinations of flower n leaves guide us about other possible colour combinations. So whenever in dilemma, close your eyes n recall how nature dresses up, that probably will make it easier for you to decide.

Recharge your sapped up life............

“A man is what He thinks all day long”
-Ralph Waldo Emerson
(19th Century American Philosopher)

One must try & do the things one likes. Shortages of time, lack of resources is very good reasons to avoid doing what one wants. But make an effort. Keep taking small steps that will take you nearer to your goals. As the gap comparatively reduces the targets appear more feasible. Infact when we take small steps towards what we want, we become more energized. One is not exhausted as he/she is moving towards something one desire. The efforts in the direction of what one doesn’t want or likes, but is required to make out of routine, responsibility or social pressure exhausts one much faster.
Often-daily routine and pressures take you away from what one really cherishes, loves or aspires- adding to the frustrations and sapped-up life. So doing things what one likes is like trying to add spice to ones life/routine. Something that shall charge you:

So ask yourself - What you really want to do…
o What you want to eat…
o What you want…. And then try making efforts towards it- one is more likely to feel charged and less stressed
