The Energising Activities


There are ACTIONS which ENERGISE you and some which SAP you out. Even a simple action of  watering the plants/grass, gives out fresh smell which energises. We need to analyse our daily schedule and identify activities which energise and those which sap us out. After that we need to focus on the actions which energise and keep us fresh taking the other  actions on need to  do basis.  If your schedule forces us to get involved in activities which saps one out then one must  prepare oneself for them, so that the burnout due to them is minimum and is balanced or taken care off by the energising activities also present in the schedule
