If you happen to miss out on brushing your teeth, try some fruits in the morning/night.
Eating fresh juicy fruits often work
as mouth rinsers / fresheners.
One can
call it as aping the animals.....they either eat raw or fresh fruits and do not brush their teeth. If
it works for them whys not us. May be eating cooked or processed food brings
about changes in the food quality....making it sticky and essential to brush :)
